Performance characteristics of XC7-TV12 

(1) Engine
It adopts the internationally renowned brand Yanma engine, which has strong power, low noise and high reliability. Its emissions meet the requirements of the US EPA T4F&EU Stage V emission standards, and the entire machine meets the stricter green and environmental protection requirements. The whole machine has high reliability, fuel economy, low noise and low emissions. It is a high-quality product specially designed and proven for the operating conditions of construction machinery. The fuel tank is prepared by rotomolding process, adapting to the layout of compact mechanical power chambers, and its performance is safe and reliable.

(2) Hydraulic system
The core component of the hydraulic system uses a high-performance axial plunger variable pump and a radial plunger quantitative motor. The hydraulic hose uses a high-strength hose, which is safe and reliable. The operating hydraulic system control method adopts the electro-hydraulic proportional control method, and the operation of the entire machine is sensitive and accurate. Optimize the working hydraulic system to realize the composite action of boom lifting and bucket flipping, ensure automatic leveling of lifting arms, and the working process is stable and efficient. The hydraulic system has the function of turning off the engine to ensure the safety and reliability of the operation during the entire machine.

(3) Working device and bucket
The working device is lightweight and has a higher load-bearing capacity of the lifting arm. All articulated pin shafts of the working device use high-strength pin shafts to enhance the service life of the structural parts. The position of the lubricating oil port of each hinged position of the working device is optimized, and the overall maintenance performance is excellent. It has automatic leveling function at any position of the bucket, simplifying driver operation and improving work efficiency. The main parts of the bucket are easily worn by high-strength wear-resistant plates, and the structure is reliable.

(4) Frame
The entire frame is reasonably arranged and has a reliable structure, reducing pressure and irregular welds, strengthening important bearing parts, and withstanding and impact loads under various complex working conditions with excellent performance.

(5) Cab
Safety standard two-in-one cabs with anti-roll (ROPS) and anti-fall (FOPS) ensure the safety of the entire machine operation. The cab is designed according to ergonomic principles, with spacious interior space and good operating field of view. All instruments are arranged in easy-to-observe parts, and all button switches are within reach. Safety handrails can prevent people from leaving the seat accidentally and are equipped with safety measures to ensure the safety of operators' operations.
